Another year of spring breezes has arrived! On January 24, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., the Group’s 2025 Work Summary Meeting and 2026 Key Planning and Deployment Conference was held as scheduled in the Grand Auditorium on the second floor of the nursing home. Attending the meeting were Mr. Tao Xiaodong, Chairman and President of the Group, Mr. Wang Tao, Director, as well as managers from functional centers, general managers of subsidiaries, and members of the core team.
This meeting was convened and chaired by the Group’s President’s Office. The meeting consisted of four main segments: First, General Manager Wang Tao, representing the Group’s management team, delivered a detailed report on the overall performance in 2025 as well as the key requirements and plans for 2026. In his report, General Manager Wang pointed out that in 2025, the Group made numerous attempts in “market expansion and innovative development” and achieved certain successes. However, the lack of a strong sense of purpose and results-oriented approach also led to slight gaps in overall business indicators. He urged companies whose performance fell short of expectations to carefully reflect on and summarize their experiences, with the hope that they can turn things around in 2026. The report also highlighted the series of achievements made by the Group’s management center and emphasized the need to effectively implement the goal-oriented culture at all levels. Finally, the report provided a comprehensive overview of the key development directions and requirements for each subsidiary company in 2026. Overall, the report was highly efficient, pragmatic, and closely aligned with reality.
Second, four subsidiaries—Xingzhong Asset, Dingzhen Facilities, Xingzhong Logistics, and Xinghui Elderly Care—shared at the meeting their efforts and achievements in 2025 regarding market expansion, team restructuring, business transformation, and striving to become industry leaders. This highlighted that the foundation of business operations lies in the market and helped everyone within the group understand the key factors for maintaining core competitiveness. Following this, representatives from the group’s functional centers and the chairman of the group’s trade union provided a detailed report and shared insights on management improvements and the achievements made in Party, labor, and youth league work in 2025. Party members then took a commemorative group photo.
Finally, Mr. Tao Xiaodong, Chairman and President of the Group, delivered an important speech at the meeting. He shared insightful and straightforward advice on “how to continuously build a learning-oriented organization and confidently tackle market challenges.” Focusing on aspects such as the sense of purpose in learning, intrinsic motivation for learning, and the ability to both drive and inspire others to learn, he called upon everyone to embed learning deeply into their daily routines—improving incrementally through small actions and accumulating progress bit by bit. By starting with specific points and expanding outward, we can steadily enhance our team’s competitive edge. In conclusion, Mr. Tao emphasized that as long as we are good at learning, adept at summarizing, bold in trying new approaches, and courageous in innovating, we will surely achieve our set goals comprehensively by 2026 and lead the Group to a new level of success.
After the meeting concluded, the President’s Office encouraged everyone: “The tougher the environment, the more our abilities will shine.” Following that, the office continued to organize a vibrant and varied annual celebration event for everyone in the first-floor restaurant.
