Comprehensively preside over the daily management of the Group's Investment Centre, handle various investment businesses and enter into various investment contracts and agreements within the scope of authorisation and approval, and achieve optimal allocation, value preservation and appreciation of the Group's resources through optimising the Group's industrial layout and capital operation, so as to achieve an ideal comprehensive rate of return on investment and accelerate the realisation of the Group's strategic objectives.

l Assist the President in the layout of the Group's industries, research and analyse emerging businesses and potential business opportunities in areas related to the Group's businesses from the perspective of medium- to long-term development, and provide the basis for the Group's industrial layout decisions.
l According to the Group's industrial layout, lead the subordinate business units in corporate development & business strategy positioning, participate in the decision-making of the subordinate business units' strategic planning and operational assessment targets, provide relevant value-added services for the subordinate business units, and supervise the risk of the subordinate business units' operation status.

l Responsible for the daily management of equity affairs of the Group and subordinate business units, including the registration of the company's property rights registration certificate, industrial and commercial affairs, and other work related to the equity investment files, and the establishment of the equity investment management account.
