As a key area to undertake the two major industrial highlands of Jinqiao and Zhangjiang, on February 28, 2023, the key project of Caolu Town in 2023 was signed to start, and the release ceremony of "Two Bays" was successfully held. At the ceremony, Jin Lijun, mayor of Caolu Town, introduced that Dongbei Bay Modern Industrial Park is one of the key overall transformation areas of Shanghai's "3+5+X" industrial map, and is also an important node in Pudong's "One belt, two corridors and one ring" industrial layout system. The industrial park will actively undertake industrial chain enterprises in the two industrial highlands of Jinqiao and Zhangjiang, and establish a demonstration park dominated by integrated circuits, combining cutting-edge industrial technologies and innovative product applications such as biomedicine, artificial intelligence and intelligent manufacturing.
