Good afternoon, everyone! It is a great honor to have this opportunity to speak as a representative of the grassroots Chamber of Commerce.
Caolu Town is located on the coast of the East China Sea, is the hinterland of Zhangjiang Jinqiao Waigaoqiao Development Zone, in recent years, sustained rapid economic growth, especially in 2022 to overcome the impact of the epidemic, to complete the tax revenue of 3.56 billion, an increase of 15.54%, the tax growth rate ranked first in the town level, the total tax revenue ranked second. As a representative of Caolu Chamber of Commerce, I also participated in the commencement ceremony of Caolu Town's economic and livelihood projects yesterday, and witnessed the landing of 33 billion investment in 45 Caolu projects.
In recent years, under the guidance of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, the United Front Work Department of the District Party Committee, and the District Federation of Industry and Commerce, Caolu Town Chamber of Commerce has taken building a "peer" salon brand as the starting point to help promote the high-quality development of Caolu regional economy, and the Chamber of Commerce and member enterprises have also gained growth in it. "Peer" salon, both with "xing", but also with "hang", is not only to lead member enterprises and the majority of private enterprises to listen to the party to go with the party, but also to promote mutual exchanges between enterprises, to find business opportunities, and grow together. We have done the following work:
First, Party building leads enterprises to "xing" to the Party.We regularly organize salons, symposiums and policy briefings, invite government departments and experts to study the relevant expositions of Xi Jinping's Socialist Thought for a New Era in China, interpret the major policies and policies of the central government regarding the private economy in the spirit of the 20th Party Congress, and strengthen the confidence of entrepreneurs to take root in China and Shanghai and to innovate and develop. Actively recommend entrepreneurs to serve as party representatives, NPC deputies and CPPCC members at all levels (35 people), recommend the business backbone of enterprises to participate in the members of the New Union of Cao Lu Town, and 24 private entrepreneurs and business backbones to join the Communist Party of China (CPC) in 2019-2022.
The second is to promote enterprises to advance together with "hang" through innovative mechanisms. Caolu Town Chamber of Commerce in the form of business salon to promote the aggregation of enterprises in related industries. Focus on the development of leading, platform and innovative members, let Xingzhong, Delta, Shanshan, Jianong and other member enterprises play a leading role in driving, consolidate the tax base for Caolu development, let Chaoyu Caolu New Industry Center, Pujiang Zhihui Park, Henglu Modern Industrial Park and other enterprises play a platform role, and provide start-up space and complete enterprise services for small and medium-sized enterprises in Caolu. Let member enterprises such as Fish book and Flying ant get the "first bucket gold" of enterprise development in the members of the service Chamber of Commerce and realize take-off. Under the promotion of the peer salon, the vice president enterprise Caolu Investment Management Co., Ltd. participated in the transformation and upgrading of the first stock industrial land in the East Bay Industrial Park - the Golden land plot, revitalizing the land and improving the efficiency. Members of the Chamber of Commerce to business investment, in 2022 to assist 1,270 enterprises settled in Caolu.
The third is to promote social public welfare enterprises with "xing" to good，During the epidemic, as the president of the Chamber of Commerce, our company initiated an initiative, and the majority of member enterprises carried forward the patriotic feelings of "one party in trouble, eight parties to support", implemented the spirit of brilliance, gave play to their own advantages, raised funds and materials of love, donated more than 1 million yuan, and equipped community workers with goggles, N95 masks, medical surgical masks, protective clothing and other protective materials in short supply. Many member companies have also mobilized their employees to participate in epidemic prevention and control in their communities. Member units such as Minzhong and Renfu actively participate in the food security of Caolu. In addition, the town Chamber of Commerce also adheres to the concept of "poverty alleviation and charity", actively guides the majority of member units to participate in charity and philanthropy, and helps Caolu Town focus on supporting the counterpart help work of Shachu County in Xinjiang and Weishan County in Yunnan.
In the future, Caolu Town Chamber of Commerce will further deepen the connotation of "peer brand", expand the coverage of "peer brand", strive to go out of Caolu, and together with many brother units in Pudong, play a greater role in promoting the economic development of Caolu and helping the high-quality development of Pudong leading area.
