Safety Work Summary and Planning Conference in 2023
On the morning of January 10, 2024, in the conference room on the fourth floor of Xingzhong Group Business Center, the Safety Committee of the Group held the 2023 annual safety work summary and planning conference. Group Vice Presidents, directors and senior executives of each subsidiary attended the meeting, which was chaired by the manager of the Group Operations Center.
At the meeting, each subsidiary summarized the safety work for the whole year of 2023 and planned the safety work for 2024. Subsequently, the Safety Committee of the Group informed the situation of the work inspection of the subsidiaries and made recommendations on the areas for safety improvement in 2024.
The director of the Group pointed out that in recent years, with the continuous emphasis on safety work by subsidiaries, the overall safety work of the group has become stable. In 2024, in addition to paying attention to on-site safety, it is more important to think about operational safety. At the same time, each subsidiary should further implement the "reward and punishment" in safety management, strengthen communication and learning among subsidiaries, and make the development of the company more stable and controllable.
Finally, Chairman Tao Xiaodong, represented by the group director, commented on the safety work of the whole year: The safety work in 2023 has been completed very well! It should be maintained in 2024, and managers who complete better safety work can be encouraged at the end of the year.
