2023 On-site Inspection of Service Quality of Nursing Institutions in Pudong New Area (East Area)
On the morning of August 24, 2023, the 2023 on-site monitoring of service quality of elderly care institutions in Shanghai Pudong New Area (East Area) was simulated in our hospital. The monitoring was organized by Shanghai Pudong New Area Elderly Care Service Industry Association. Zhuang Dajun, Deputy Director of Pudong New Area Civil Affairs Bureau, Shi Fengze, Director of Pension Welfare Department, Lu Liying, deputy director of Elderly Care Center, Xu Yang, deputy mayor of Caolu Town, led the team, and monitoring experts Yuan Xijie, Chen Juan and Pan Xuehui were responsible for receiving a total of 16 elderly care institutions.
In the monitoring, the Zhuang Bureau and his delegation visited the comprehensive building, activity room, canteen, etc., understood the development process and on-site service of our hospital, and put forward constructive guidance.
