Equity Incentives for Growing Companies
On the afternoon of May 15, 2023, the growth enterprise equity Incentive Learning Salon was held in Lingang Science and Technology City. With the support of Pudong New Area Lingang Tax Bureau, the event was jointly organized by Lingang New Area Investment Promotion Service Center, Shanghai Lingang Science and Technology Innovation City Economic Development Co., LTD., and Guoxin Securities Lingang Sales Department to share and discuss the topics of equity incentive business and capital operation.
Mr. Tang Xuezhong from the Tax Administration Section of Lingang Taxation Bureau introduced the tax treatment of equity incentive for listed companies and non-listed companies, as well as the relevant provisions on the submission of materials and the filing of preferential records.
