Zhou Hui introduced Longqiao Road warehouse construction cycle of 2 years, the use of fully automated three-dimensional warehouse system, that is, under the control of the computer system to complete the automatic access to the unit goods, can automatically complete the cargo sorting, stpiler control system, cargo location detection and other modern three-dimensional storage management, to achieve in addition to the crossing shovel link, the whole unmanned efficient operation of the warehouse.
Cadillac assembly workshop is currently the most advanced automated intelligent manufacturing factory in China, covering an area of 477,000 square meters, including body workshop, painting workshop, assembly workshop, high-speed test track, joint station building and other complete supporting facilities; Its core part is the body shop, which is the first body shop in China with all-aluminum body manufacturing capacity, with an area of 45,000 square meters, and nearly 200 robots working here.
After the visit, the group staff went to the eastern suburbs equestrian exchange and learning meeting, sharing the visit and experience. From the strategic choice of the project, the construction of the system, the project design, the advanced nature of the assembly line, and the training of employees, each staff member expressed their own feelings and experiences on this visit.
