Xingzhong Group Organises Fifth Learning and Sharing Session Event in 2021
On the afternoon of August 28, 2021, Xingzhong Group held the fifth sharing meeting of 2021 learning organization in Xingzhong Hongcar. The event was presided over by Mr. Tao Xiaodong, Chairman of Xingzhong Group. Senior executives Zhang Jinchun, Xing Jun, Zhou Yi, Qin Xiaoqing, Ma Lin, and representatives of subsidiaries Tao Weifeng, Zhang Xujun, Lu Yongdong, Shi Lei, Ji Weibing, Zhang Jianhua, Jin Yan, Qu Wenbin, Gu Linrong, etc. attended the event and made speeches on how to build a "small and beautiful" enterprise of Xingzhong Group.
Before the meeting began, Mr. Ma Lin, Assistant to the president of the Group, introduced the progress of the revision of the Group's official website to the heads of the participating subsidiaries. Chairman Tao Xiaodong asked the head of each subsidiary to pay attention to, to seize the group's resources and opportunities, to show the development, products and markets of each subsidiary, so that our partners and candidates and other personnel can pay attention to and consult.
Mr. Zhang Xujun, general manager of XingzhonghongCar, on behalf of XingzhonghongCar, reported to the participants the development status of Xingzhonghongcar and the strategic steps towards the development of a "small and beautiful" enterprise in the future. Mr. Tao Weifeng, chairman of Xingzhong Hongcar, also explained the market situation of auto inspection vehicles in Shanghai.
The subsidiary representative Mr. Lu Yongdong of Xingzhong Logistics, Mr. Ji Guards of Xingzhong Construction and Mr. Zhang Jianhua of Xingzhong Shipping also gave their respective interpretations and understandings of small and beautiful enterprises. Mr. Zhang Jinchun, Mr. Xing Jun, Vice President of the Group, and Ms. Qin Xiaoqing, director of the Group, also expressed their opinions and ideas on how to build a "small and beautiful" business model.
